One requirement or a complete integrated scope.
Black Wing can support a single requirement or carry a complete integrated scope. Here is how to engage us, what we commit to and how to begin.
Single · Bundled · Fully integrated Ways to work with us
Start where your need is greatest. Each model uses the same standards and reporting, and you can move between them as your operation changes.
Single service
One service from any division, such as manpower, catering or tank cleaning, under a focused contract.
Bundled services
Related services combined, for example manpower with accommodation and catering, under one agreement and one coordinator.
Fully integrated contract
People, life support and supply services managed together under one contract, one account lead and one reporting structure.
Why work with Black Wing
Choosing a support partner is a decision about risk, cost and confidence. Here is what Black Wing offers procurement and site teams.
Fewer interfaces
One contract and one account lead replace multiple suppliers, reducing coordination effort for your team.
Clear accountability
When something needs attention, there is no question about who is responsible for resolving it.
Integrated planning
Manpower, accommodation, meals and supplies are planned together, reducing delays caused by mismatched schedules.
Local presence
Offices in Basra and Kirkuk, with local knowledge of people, suppliers and conditions across Iraq.
Safety and compliance
Documented processes, trained people and records that support your own audits and obligations.
Room to grow
Start small and expand the scope over time without the disruption of changing contractors.

Frequently asked questions
Can we engage one division without the others?
Yes. Each service can be contracted on its own. You can start with a single requirement, such as manpower or catering, and add other services later under the same agreement and reporting structure.
Which parts of Iraq do you cover?
Our head office is in Basra and our branch is in Kirkuk. From these offices we mobilise to operating sites, project locations and facilities across Iraq, subject to client and site access requirements.
How quickly can you mobilise?
Mobilisation time depends on scope, headcount, location and site access requirements. We agree a realistic mobilisation plan with you during the proposal stage and report progress against it until services are running.
How do you make sure workers are suitable for our site?
Every candidate is screened against the role, with interviews, practical tests where relevant, document and reference checks, medical fitness checks and inductions. You review the shortlist and approve appointments before mobilisation.
What food safety controls do you apply in your kitchens?
Our food safety practices are built on HACCP principles, covering approved suppliers, temperature control, separation of raw and cooked foods, cooking and holding checks, hygiene and staff training. Records are kept for every kitchen and are available for client audit.
Do you work within our permit-to-work and HSE systems?
Yes. Our teams work within your site rules, permit-to-work system and HSE requirements, supported by our own risk assessments, method statements, inductions and supervision. Where our procedures differ, the stricter requirement applies.
How is a fully integrated contract priced and reported?
Pricing is structured by service line, using agreed rates, lump sums or a combination, so each cost remains visible. You receive consolidated invoicing and regular reports covering all services, with one account lead responsible for both.
