People ready for the work ahead

Workforce Solutions supplies and manages the people your project depends on. We take responsibility for planning, recruitment, compliance and administration, leaving your site managers free to run the operation.

We support operators and contractors with skilled tradespeople, equipment operators, drivers, field crews and professional staff. Requirements vary from an individual specialist on a short assignment to large multi-discipline teams on long-term contracts.

Every candidate is screened against the role, checked for documents and fitness, and inducted before mobilisation. Once on site, our coordinators stay in contact with each worker and with your supervisors, handling performance, welfare and replacements as needs arise.

Because Workforce Solutions sits alongside our life support and supply divisions, we can plan accommodation, meals, transport and PPE together with the people who need them.

How we deliver

Each workforce contract follows the same disciplined sequence, from understanding the requirement to supporting people on site and closing out at the end.

  1. Step 1: Define the need

We agree roles, numbers, skills, timing and site conditions with your project team.

  2. Step 2: Plan the workforce

A staffing plan sets out phasing, rotations, rates and links to accommodation and transport.

  3. Step 3: Recruit and select

Candidates are sourced, tested and checked, and a shortlist goes to you for approval.

  4. Step 4: Mobilise and induct

Contracts, medicals, site access, inductions and PPE are completed before the first shift.

  5. Step 5: Support on site

Coordinators manage performance, welfare, replacements and records throughout the assignment.

  6. Step 6: Review and demobilise

Regular reviews keep the plan current, and demobilisation is closed out cleanly.
