Good workforce planning starts before recruitment. We sit down with your project and operations teams to map roles, numbers, skills and timing against each phase of work. We then propose a staffing plan that covers rotations, leave cover and demobilisation, and align it with accommodation, transport and catering capacity so that people do not arrive before the site is ready. As the project moves, we revise the plan with you, scaling teams up or down with minimal disruption. Manpower can be supplied on a call-off basis, as dedicated teams or as part of a wider integrated contract.
