Well-run camps for productive crews

Life Support Services covers everything around the working day: meals, accommodation, cleaning, laundry, maintenance and utilities. We manage it as one operation, with a single camp manager accountable for standards.

Crews on remote sites spend long rotations away from home. The quality of their food, rest and surroundings has a direct effect on morale, health and safety. We take that responsibility seriously and plan each service around the people it serves.

We operate base camps, project camps, rig and field sites, staff canteens and office facilities. Services can be provided in client-owned facilities or in camps we set up and manage for the duration of a project. Daily operations are run by trained site teams, supported by regular inspections and clear reporting to your facility managers.

Because life support sits alongside our workforce and supply divisions, headcount changes, food supplies and maintenance materials are planned together, not chased separately.

  • Catering for camps, sites and canteens
  • Camp management with one camp manager
  • Accommodation, housekeeping and laundry
  • Planned and reactive facilities maintenance
  • Potable water and utilities management
  • Food safety built on HACCP principles

Life Support Services

How we deliver

Every life support contract moves through a clear sequence, so standards are agreed at the start and maintained throughout the life of the site.

  1. Step 1: Survey the site

We assess facilities, headcount, shift patterns, nationalities and utilities, and identify gaps or risks.

  2. Step 2: Design the service

Menus, staffing, cleaning schedules, maintenance plans and food safety controls are agreed with you.

  3. Step 3: Mobilise

Trained staff, equipment, supplies and documentation are brought to site in a planned sequence.

  4. Step 4: Operate daily

A camp manager runs all services, with supervisors checking standards at every shift.

  5. Step 5: Inspect and report

Routine inspections, resident feedback and regular reports give you a clear view of performance.

  6. Step 6: Improve

Findings are reviewed with your team and turned into practical changes to the service.
