B.02 · Menus, nutrition & food safety Service overview
A good menu balances taste, nutrition, cost and practicality. We plan menu cycles with input from your team and residents, rotating dishes to avoid repetition and offering choices for different diets, cultures and religious requirements. Nutritional balance is considered at every meal, with portion guidance and healthy options at each service. Behind the menu, our food safety practices are built on HACCP principles: approved suppliers, temperature-controlled storage, separation of raw and cooked foods, documented cooking and holding checks, and strict personal hygiene. Kitchen staff are trained before they start and supervised throughout, and we carry out routine inspections and keep records for client audit.
