A well-run camp is calm, clean and predictable. We take responsibility for the full camp operation, coordinating catering, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, utilities and reception under one camp manager who reports to your site representative. Our teams handle room allocation, check-in and check-out, resident records and visitor control, working within your site rules and security arrangements. We set and monitor camp standards, run regular inspections, manage fire safety and emergency procedures with you, and report on occupancy, service levels and issues. When headcount changes, we adjust staffing and supplies in step with the workforce plan.
