Who we are

An Iraqi company built around integration

Black Wing is an Iraqi company, established in 2026 and operating under the management of NCC Al Wataniya of Kuwait. We provide integrated support services to operators, contractors and public bodies, combining workforce, life support and field supply under one contract.

About us

Fewer handovers, clearer responsibility.

Our clients run demanding operations in oil and gas, power, construction and industry. They need capable people on site, safe and comfortable living conditions, and a steady flow of the supplies and field services that keep work moving. Too often, each of these comes from a different contractor.

Black Wing was set up to bring them together. Our head office in Basra and our branch in Kirkuk coordinate three divisions that plan together, share information and answer to a single account lead. The result is fewer handovers, clearer responsibility and a partner who sees the whole picture.

We are a practical company. We listen first, plan carefully and do what we agree, with safety and local value built into every contract.

A message from our founder

Why we built Black Wing

This profile introduces Black Wing and how we operate. We are an Iraqi company, established in 2026 and operating under the management of NCC Al Wataniya of Kuwait. We exist to make support services simpler for the organisations that keep the country’s energy, industry and infrastructure running.

On a typical project, a client may manage one contractor for manpower, another for catering and camps, and several more for supplies, transport and field services. Every extra interface adds paperwork, handovers and risk. When something goes wrong, responsibility is easily lost between them.

We built Black Wing to close those gaps. Our three divisions – Workforce Solutions, Life Support Services and Supply & Field Services – work under one contract, with one accountable partner and one point of contact. You can engage a single service or bring them all together.

From our head office in Basra and our branch in Kirkuk, we serve sites across Iraq. We hire and develop local people, we plan every task with safety in mind, and we report openly on what we deliver.

We would welcome the chance to visit your site, understand your requirements and show you how one partner can carry more of the load. Everything under one wing.

Management

Black Wing operates under the management of NCC Al Wataniya, Kuwait.

The company is run under NCC Al Wataniya’s management, while our teams and offices in Basra and Kirkuk deliver every contract on the ground in Iraq.

Our vision

Integrated support that is simple, safe and dependable.

Our mission

To provide people, life support and field supplies under one accountable partner, delivered safely, transparently and with lasting value for local communities.

Our values

The principles behind every contract

Our values shape how we hire, how we plan and how we behave on site. They are practical commitments, not slogans, and we hold ourselves to them every day.

Safety first

No task is so urgent that it cannot be done safely. We plan for hazards and stop work when conditions change.

Accountability

One partner answers for the whole scope. We own problems, report them openly and work to resolve them promptly.

Integrity

We deal honestly with clients, employees and suppliers. Fair pricing, clear terms and lawful conduct come before short-term gain.

Respect for people

We treat everyone who works with us fairly, pay them on time and give them the training and equipment to work safely.

Practical thinking

We look for the simplest way to meet the requirement, with clear plans, sensible resources and no unnecessary complexity.

Local commitment

We hire, train and buy locally wherever we can, so that each contract builds skills and value in the communities we serve.

What sets us apart

Why our model works for clients

Many contractors offer one service well. Black Wing is organised to deliver several at once, with the coordination, oversight and reporting that integrated work requires.

One contract

Workforce, life support and supply services can sit under a single agreement, with one set of terms and consolidated invoicing.

One point of contact

A dedicated account lead coordinates every division, so your team makes one call instead of several.

Joined-up planning

Manpower, camp capacity and supplies are planned together to keep people, beds and materials in step.

Local roots

With offices in Basra and Kirkuk, we understand local conditions, suppliers and communities in the south and north.

Flexible scope

Start with one service and add others as your needs grow, without changing partner or renegotiating from scratch.

Open reporting

Clear, regular reports on people, performance, safety and costs, shared in a format that suits your organisation.

Our model

One partner, three disciplines

Each division is capable on its own. Together they cover the people, the living conditions and the supplies a site depends on, coordinated by a single team.

  • Workforce Solutions Planning, recruiting, mobilising and administering the people your operation needs, from trades to engineers.
  • Life Support Services Catering, camp management, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and utilities that support healthy, rested crews.
  • Supply & Field Services Lubricants, parts, PPE, vacuum trucks, tank cleaning, logistics, civil works and technical consultancy.
Holding it together One accountable partner

Engage one division or all three. The same contract structure, reporting and point of contact apply whichever services you choose.

Where we are

Two offices, serving sites across Iraq

Our head office in Basra sits close to the southern oil fields and ports. Our Kirkuk branch supports clients in the north. From both, we mobilise to sites nationwide.

Our head office coordinates contracts, planning and administration across all three divisions. Its location in southern Iraq places our teams near major oil and gas operations, supply routes and the ports through which equipment and materials arrive.

Our Kirkuk branch brings the same integrated offer to clients in northern Iraq. It supports recruitment, mobilisation, supply and site coordination for operations in the region, with local knowledge and a direct line to our head office.

Our people

Local talent, trained and looked after

Our services are only as good as the people who deliver them. We recruit locally, train continuously and build a culture in which everyone takes responsibility for safety.

We look first to the communities around our clients’ operations. Hiring locally shortens mobilisation, strengthens relationships with neighbours and keeps wages and spending in the region. Where specialist skills are not available locally, we bring them in and pair them with local staff to transfer knowledge.

Every person we deploy receives an induction before starting work, with role-specific training and refresher sessions throughout the assignment. Supervisors are coached to lead by example, listen to their teams and stop work when something does not look right.

We treat people fairly, communicate clearly and look after their welfare on and off shift. Respected, well-trained people work more safely and stay longer.

  • Local hiring as our first choice
  • Induction before every assignment
  • Role-specific and refresher training
  • Supervisors coached to lead safely
  • Fair terms and welfare support
  • Authority for everyone to stop work
