Integration only works when it is managed well.
How we plan, mobilise, deliver and report, and the standards that guide our people on every site.
One plan · One account lead Our integrated delivery model
Every Black Wing contract follows the same stages. They keep our three divisions working to one plan and give you a single, clear view of progress.
-
Stage 01
Understand
We visit your site, listen to your team and define the scope, risks, standards and constraints before proposing anything.
-
Stage 02
Plan
People, life support and supplies are planned together, with clear responsibilities, schedules and reporting agreed with you.
-
Stage 03
Mobilise
Staff, equipment and materials arrive in a controlled sequence, with inductions, permits and documentation completed first.
-
Stage 04
Deliver
Each division delivers its scope under one account lead, coordinating daily so that changes on site are handled smoothly.
-
Stage 05
Improve
Regular reviews, inspections and feedback turn lessons into practical improvements across every service we provide.
The same model applies whether you engage one division or all three.
From contract signature to steady operations
A controlled mobilisation sets the tone for the whole contract. We plan it in detail, agree it with you and report progress until services are running steadily.
-
Phase 01
Phase 1: Kick-off and planning
We confirm scope, key dates, interfaces and approvals, and issue a mobilisation plan with clear responsibilities.

Phase 02
Phase 2: Resources and approvals
We recruit and prepare staff, source equipment and supplies, and obtain site access and permits.
-
Phase 03
Phase 3: Site set-up
Teams arrive in sequence, complete inductions, set up facilities and test systems before services begin.
-
Phase 04
Phase 4: Handover to operations
Services start under close supervision, and early reviews with you check that standards are being met.

Hazards are identified and controlled through task risk assessments and method statements reviewed before work starts.

We work within client permit systems and apply our own controls for high-risk activities and confined spaces.

Near misses and incidents are reported, investigated and shared so that lessons reach every team.
Health and welfare
Medical fitness checks, heat stress awareness, hygiene and rest arrangements support the health of our people.

We aim to reduce the footprint of our operations and contribute positively to the communities near the sites where we work.

Spill prevention
Fluids and chemicals are stored, handled and transported with controls and spill kits to prevent pollution.
Community engagement
We hire and buy locally where possible and maintain respectful, open relationships with neighbouring communities.
We plan every contract to limit its footprint and to add value close to where we work.
Local workforce, lasting value
We believe every contract should leave something behind: skills, jobs and business for the communities around our clients’ operations. Local content is part of how we plan, not an afterthought.

As an Iraqi company, we understand the importance of local employment to our clients, to government and to the communities near operating sites. We give priority to qualified candidates from surrounding areas and work with community representatives to make opportunities known fairly.
Where skills are scarce, we invest in training and pair local staff with experienced specialists, creating clear paths into more skilled and supervisory roles. We also source food, materials and services from Iraqi suppliers where quality and price allow, helping to build local supply chains.
We can report on local employment, training and spend in the format your contract requires, giving you clear evidence of in-country value.

- Knowledge transfer from specialists
- Local sourcing of food and materials
