Administration is where workforce contracts often go wrong, and where problems quickly reach the site. We manage employment contracts, timesheets, payroll, allowances and end-of-service matters in line with Iraqi labour law and your contract terms. Social security registration and insurance cover are arranged for deployed staff, and welfare is handled through clear channels for questions, leave and grievances. We aim to process payroll on schedule and reconcile it against approved timesheets, giving you transparent invoicing. Our HR coordinators handle employee relations fairly and confidentially, aiming to resolve issues before they affect performance.
