A.07 · Training & competency Service overview
We see training as an ongoing part of every assignment, not a box ticked at the start. Our programme combines safety inductions, toolbox talks and refresher sessions with role-specific skills training and supervisor development. Where a task needs specialist courses, we arrange them with qualified external providers. Competency is assessed on the job as well as in the classroom, and the results are recorded in a matrix you can review on request. This helps supervisors assign work with confidence and helps us plan development for people with the potential to take on more.
