We recruit against a clear job description agreed with you, not a generic template. Candidates are sourced through our local networks in the south and north of Iraq, and further afield where specialist skills require it. Each one is assessed through interviews, practical trade tests where relevant, and checks on experience, qualifications and references. We look for safety awareness and teamwork as closely as technical ability. You receive a concise shortlist with our assessment of each candidate, and the final decision stays with you. Unsuccessful candidates are informed promptly and treated with respect.
