C.05 · Tank cleaning Service overview
Tank cleaning combines confined spaces, residues and heavy equipment, so planning comes first. Before work starts, we survey the tank, review its contents and history, and prepare a method statement and risk assessment for approval within your permit-to-work system. We extract liquids and sludge with vacuum trucks, then clean surfaces using methods suited to the residue and the tank’s next use. Confined space entry is controlled with gas testing, ventilation, standby personnel and rescue arrangements. Waste is segregated, transported and handed to approved disposal routes, and we close each job with a report and records for your files.
